Where can I find voice acting jobs or legit agencies that work with actors that don’t only live in LA? Thank You.

Vocie Over Agencies are all over the world.  You just need to create a great demo reel to submit to them.  Check out IMdB for a list of agencies.

Hi my name is Shaelyn Sullivan.  I am fifteen and have a passion for acting.  The only problem that seems to get in my way is that I live in a small town in Alberta, Canada.  I have recently completed some training in LA and have an agent.  But I have not been out on many auditions. Should I find more workshops to participate in so I have more training?  If you have any tips or pointers that could help me I would love to hear it.

The best you can do right now is to act in school plays. When you apply for college, make sure they have a great performing arts department. Then get a study Visa and come to the United States to study and learn how to audition. Work for a production company and have them put you in one or two of their productions, then apply for a working Visa. Book a lot and try to get a dual citizenship.

If I am not getting callbacks for roles that I am going out for and submitting to, how do I know what I did wrong? Do casting directors ever contact people that didnt get the role?

Check out my Booking Technique that has turned out 40 Series Regulars, An Emmy Winner and An Imogen Winner. It’s the Technique that saved me when I moved to Los Angeles. This technique will help you find your feelings and when you know where they are you will let them breathe through the material and work as an actor.
