“The Jungle Book” Deadline Extended

The deadline for the Mowgli online search has been extended to June 17th, 2014.

Casting Director Sarah Finn, in association with Cast It Talent, is calling for self-taped submissions for a child actor, age 10-12, who can effectively portray a character of East Indian heritage, to star in the new Disney film adaptation of “The Jungle Book”. The role being cast is Mowgli, who is “soulful, engaging, bright and athletic. He can be mischievous and impulsive, but is equally caring and creative. He has a noble and courageous spirit, which give us glimpses of the true hero he will become.”

Those interested and who meet the casting requirements can visit the website www.junglebookmoviecasting.com and submit a self-taped audition using the instructions provided.

Existing Cast It Talent members can also choose to submit through the “Roles” tab in their profiles.

If you have already submitted for this role, you do not need to resubmit.

There is no charge to submit your audition for this role. No other roles are open to the public at this time, and no drop-in or telephone inquiries will be taken.
